About RMN

Who Pastors
the Pastor?

At Relentless Ministry Network, we believe the people called to shepherd others need shepherding too.

Why We Exist

No pastor should do this alone.

Pastors spend their lives praying for people, counseling families, preaching the Word, navigating challenges, leading congregations, and carrying burdens that few people ever see.

But who ministers to the minister? Who encourages the pastor when he is discouraged? Who strengthens the leader when leadership becomes heavy? Who walks alongside the shepherd when he is facing a difficult season?

Founded by Bishop Philip D. Burns, RMN is a ministry for ministers, built upon the conviction that no pastor should have to fulfill his calling in isolation. We are committed to being a source of spiritual strength, biblical counsel, authentic fellowship, pastoral care, apostolic relationship, and practical ministry support.

You shepherd the flock. We’re here to walk with the shepherd. Our promise

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up.”Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 NKJV
We do not simply seek to credential ministers. We seek to care for them.
Our Pastoral Commitment

Relationship before structure.

Through relationship, accountability, encouragement, mentoring, prayer, and practical support, RMN walks alongside pastors and ministers through every season of their calling. We want to be a place where a pastor can find trusted relationships without constantly feeling the pressure to perform.

Relationship

Real people who know your name, your church, and your story, and who call just to ask how you are.

Accountability

Correction in love. Not surveillance. Not control. The kind of accountability that protects your family, your integrity, and your calling.

Encouragement

Victories celebrated and discouragement met with prayer, fellowship, and the Word.

Mentoring

Seasoned leaders investing in the next generation, and peers sharpening one another.

Prayer

A network that prays with you and for you, by name and by need.

Practical Support

Help with the unglamorous realities of ministry: structure, finances, leadership systems, and next steps.

What Makes RMN Different

A family, not a roster.

We are not building a network where leaders are simply names on a membership roster. We are building a family of ministers who share biblical convictions, value authentic relationships, embrace godly accountability, and are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God together.

Not this
But this
To control ministries
To strengthen ministers
To collect titles
To develop character
To build dependency
To cultivate maturity
To compete with local churches
To help their leaders flourish
To merely recognize someone’s calling
To help equip them to fulfill it

Because healthy ministers build healthy churches. Why it matters

Our Convictions

Rooted in the Word. Led by the Spirit.

Jesus-Centered

Every ministry, every leader, every conversation points back to the Lord Jesus Christ and the power of His Gospel.

Biblically Grounded

We stand on the full counsel of God’s Word, and we hold ourselves and one another to it with grace and truth.

Holy Spirit-Led

We are a Spirit-filled fellowship that welcomes the work of the Holy Spirit and the gifts He gives for the common good of the Body. We want the presence of God, not just the programs of men.

Kingdom-Focused

We exist to make Heaven crowded. Healthy ministers, healthy churches, and a harvest that fills the Kingdom.

The Founder

Bishop Philip D. Burns, ThD

Bishop Burns has given roughly thirty years to the work of the ministry. He is the Founding Senior Pastor of Relentless Worship Center in Dalton, Georgia, a revival preacher, author of more than a dozen published titles, and the founder of Relentless Ministry Network and the Burns Kingdom Group family of ministries, including Breakthrough Recovery.

His heart is simple and it drives everything RMN does: a pastor to pastors, a ministry for ministers, and a house where Heaven gets crowded.

Before you are a leader, you are a person. And while you may be called to shepherd others, you still need people who care for your soul.Bishop Philip D. Burns

You Don't Have to Carry the Calling Alone.

Whether you are thriving, tired, or somewhere in between, there is a place for you here.
