We Exist to Make
Heaven Crowded.
Before anything else, every minister connected to this network carries this: our vision, our mission, our culture, our doctrine. This is what we're actually asking you to agree to.
We exist to make Heaven crowded.
Not a slogan. The reason every decision gets made.
Luke 15 shows us Heaven's own response to one sinner who comes home: celebration. If Heaven throws a party over one, no ministry connected to this network can treat reaching the lost as optional or someone else's department. Everything downstream of this document exists to serve that one vision.
Reach. Disciple. Equip. Send.
Four movements, in order, that shape how every connected ministry operates.
Reach
Evangelism is every believer's responsibility, not a department's.
Disciple
Guest to Family to Disciple to Servant to Leader to Multiplier. Discipleship is a direction, not a class.
Equip
Leaders exist to equip the saints for ministry, not to do all the ministry themselves (Ephesians 4:11-12).
Send
We celebrate people going, not just people staying. Multiplication over retention.
Twelve values that shape how we actually operate.
Presence
We pursue encounter with God over performance.
Word-Rooted
Everything is anchored in Scripture, not trends.
People
We value people over programs.
Fire with Function
Passion without structure burns out. Structure without passion is dead religion.
Excellence Is Honor
We give God our best, not our leftovers.
Honor
We speak to people, not about them.
Everybody Serves
No one just attends here.
We Develop People
The measure of a leader is who they've raised up.
Prayer
Dependence, not decoration.
Mission
Outward-facing, not an inward-focused club.
Transformation
We're after changed lives, not just attendance.
Multiplication
Success is reproduction, not addition.
Six words every connected leader carries.
If everything we believe was condensed into six words, this is it.
Presence
People
Purpose
Power
Mission
Multiplication
Our doctrinal foundation.
Every minister in this network is asked to hold these positions, not merely tolerate them.
The Bible
Scripture is God-breathed and our final authority for faith and practice, above feeling, tradition, or personal preference.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJVJesus Christ
Fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, crucified, risen bodily, and now seated as our Advocate.
Matthew 1:18 NKJV; Hebrews 12:2 NKJVSalvation
Received by grace through faith in Christ's shed blood alone, never earned or inherited.
Romans 3:23-24 NKJV; Ephesians 1:7 NKJVOur Position on Eternal Security
We do not teach unconditional eternal security ("once saved, always saved"). Salvation is sustained by continued faith and obedience, held together with genuine, biblical assurance for those walking with Him.
Hebrews 6:4-6 NKJV; 1 John 5:13 NKJV; Romans 8:38-39 NKJVWater Baptism
A public identification with Christ's death and resurrection, for believers who have placed personal faith in Him.
Matthew 28:19 NKJV; Romans 6:4 NKJVThe Holy Spirit
A Person, not a force, whose work is to glorify Jesus and empower believers for life and ministry.
John 16:13-14 NKJVBaptism in the Holy Spirit
A promise from the Father, distinct from and subsequent to salvation, available to every believer.
Acts 2:4, 38-39 NKJV; Acts 19:4-6 NKJVSpiritual Gifts
Given for the common good of the Body, not personal status or platform.
1 Corinthians 12:1-11 NKJVDivine Healing
Jesus is Healer. We hold hope-filled, biblical expectation without presumption or shame when healing doesn't come the way we hoped.
Isaiah 53:5 NKJV; James 5:14-15 NKJVCommunion
Remembrance of the cross and celebration of resurrection power, never merely a ritual to move through.
Luke 22:19-20 NKJV; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 NKJVPrayer
The normal daily rhythm of a believer's life, not a ceremonial or last-resort practice.
Philippians 4:6-7 NKJVChrist's Return
Certain and bodily. We hold a premillennial view of His return.
Matthew 24:29-31 NKJV; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 NKJVThe Church
A living Body, not a building or an organization. Every member has a function.
Acts 2:40-47 NKJVEvery leader in this network can answer five questions, honestly.
Who am I reaching?
Who am I discipling?
Who am I developing?
Who am I serving?
Who am I preparing to replace me?
These five questions are part of every online accountability report.
